Work was not that bad despite having someone off.  Some extra stuff to do but not bad at all.  Which was a relief

After work went to Kohl's to buy some new shoes.  Which always takes longer than expected, finding one in the right size and that fits well and looks good.  I did eventually find a pair I liked.  Rest of the evening relaxed

Today will be the usual.  Will try and do bird watching today, we'll see how long I last in the cold.  Taking dad out to lunch at a more upscale place than our usual as it was his birthday this week.  Will probably get started on the Christmas cards

Not too bad today, will get up to about 30

Rain was in the forecast last night, but today is partly sunny. I had a pleasant walk home from the diner after breakfast this morning. last night we went to see the latest version of Now You See Me, an adventure movie about magicians. I hadn't seen either of the first 2 but dh had so he chose this to go to. It was entertaining.

We are going to put up the tree today, and put out the blow-up Christmas figures in the yard, while it is not raining. Lots of neighbors are putting up lights, which are so enjoyable during the long, dark hours.

I think I posted on yesterdays site, and I tried to edit something but now I don't know what to do. Maybe it has stayed on yesterday's posting site, minus the edit, or maybe it won't show up at all. Who knows!

I start the eye drops tomorrow QID and then I have to get up REALLY EARLY on Monday, like be ready for SiL to take me to the eye doc's; she says we will leave here at 6:15 AM. I know I will probably be glad to rest and sleep post-op. I don't know that I will sleep much Sunday night, not due to being nervous, because I am not at all nervous.....but, because you KNOW I go to sleep so late, I'm talking after 2 AM! Oh well, it will soon be done and over with. I have no idea what the iL's plans are for Nannie care while I am "taking it easy", ie.....not lifting, not bending over. SiL says they 'can't' take her over to their house because she will get confused, Heck, nowadays she is more confused than not! Y'know what? Pfft! They can figure it all out for themselves. It is BiL's mother, therefore, It's NOT my problem!
