Hello guys,I am a recent graduate from a BSN program on the east coast, and am having a HORRIBLE time finding my first job. I expanded my search to hospitals located on the west coast, and applied to Santa Rosa Memorial's ER (as that was a position that I met all qualifications for).
Two questions:
1. I am reading that this is a horrible place to work due to all of the politics involved. Is it really a nightmare? Or is it doable as a first job, so that I can get 6mos to a years worth of experience needed to transfer to a better hospital?
2. To anyone who has received a job offer, my application status has switched from "being reviewed by a recruiter" to "considering qualifications". Can I ask what are the odds of landing an interview based on this information? In other words, is that a really good sign or is it still too early to know?
Thank you =)
Is this Santa Rosa Memorial in Santa Rosa, CA?
