Hi, anyone trying to get into SMC Spring 2016? I have my application appointment scheduled and studying for the PAX and also my TEAS for other programs. Look forward to hearing from anyone also applying.

Oh okay I see ! Yes I've been studying for the exam ! I've been studying mostly the science section with an emphasis on physics because I've been hearing that the test has a lot of physics . How about you ?

That's great that you were excepted at Moorpark congrats ! Okay I will take your advice and study even harder than I have been because I feel like I have a solid chance in getting in at Santa Monica

I'm anxious to know how others thought the test was ! Have you been studying for it !?!

yes i'm going the science portion right now. Have you been studying for it? what tools have you been using?

Yeah I've been studying as much as I can everyday. Currently reviewing the math section . I have been using the jones and Bartlett book to review and also been practicing with the cd rom that it comes with . You ?

I'm so exhausted from studying, although i finished the book, there is so much more material to cover.

Yes I agree !! Monday can't come any slower I just want it over with !

after the test, do you know how soon after they'll be sending acceptances ?

i believe it is within a couple of weeks because orientation and transcripts would be due December 4th. I wonder if we get to know our scores of the exam!

Yes ! My counselor told me that results are available immediately after the test

okay that's great! I called the assessment center and they told me that it would be done on the computer too. Have you gone through the practice questions on the CD and the tests in the book? I'm barely starting them.
