Has anyone applied for these schools for Spring 2014? I've been looking for recent threads, but haven't found any so I decided to start one :) It's a tough road to RN, so maybe we can all go through this together!
Also, anyone know how Rio Hondo point system works? There's nothing on their website that says how they add up points. Just wondering where I stand.
Ohoh, and I also applied to Pasadena City as well as Cypress College, but there are already threads for those. But we can talk about them here as well :)
I know...darn it...but hey, if we are not getting in the Spring, at least our points will go up for the Fall application period. To answer your earlier question, I got 88.7% on my Teas, with 69.5 I don't think I'll get in to Santa Ana. But I'm hoping to get into Cypress since I have all 30 points there.
I really hate this waiting period, just want to know if we get accepted, so can start making plans...

That's true... But the waiting is horrible D; You'll definitely get into Cyprus! Do you know how many points people got into for Fall 2013 for Santa Ana? Cause if you don't get in with 69, I don't have a chance D:
well hopefully the first class that gets in based on points at Santa Ana isnt too great lol that way we can hopefully get in with our current range of points. I'm at either 69 or 71 right now depending on which criteria year they use

God I hope so!! Idk if someone mentioned it already but does anyone know when Santa Ana will send out notifications?

I just checked Santa Ana College and they changed the point system as of October 1, 2014, which will affect the Fall 2014 applications.
For us, who have already applied for Spring 2014, the old point system is what they used. That's my understanding, unless I'm missing something...
