Hello everyone! I decided to create a thread for the Santa Ana College LVN-RN program. I did see that there was another thread for the general ADN program. I recently applied and it said it'll take about 6-8 weeks until I'm notified if I am placed on the entry list. I wanted to see if anyone else applied or is anyone currently attending the program? Thank you! ?

Hey Nanciee,

im currently enrolled at SAC going for prereqs. I’m only taking one class at a time though because I’m working full time. Let me know how it goes!

definitely interested in how your adventure goes!

Hi Nanciee,

Any news from the waitlist?

I did get onto the waitlist ! But I’m not sure how long that would take for me to start the program. I’m number 92 and I think they stopped it at 103.

Ah I feel you! It took me some time to finish my prerequisites because I was working full time and take 1-2 classes at night. But hang in there ! I did get added into their wait list but IDK how long that would be

Maybe a little late to respond, but I talked to one of the staff members and people have been in the waitlist since 2010. Also as an LVN you are disqualified to apply to the 2 year ADN program.

OMG! That is a very long time. I'm on their advance placement list for 3rd semester. I'm #72 so who knows how long that will be!
