You know, I would find that really surprising but it's not the first time I hear that people wanted to transfer out of Cypress College. Do you happen to know why though? I attend Cypress College (not for nursing), and it's not a bad school so I'm wondering if their nursing program is either bad or terribly hard.
I have two friends who are currently in Cypress.
One is in first semester (she told me that few students (5 or 7 i forgot) dropped out halfway end of March. The program started in beginning of February. My other friend is in third semester (she just told me recently her class went down to 40 students. And there's a few more who are on the borderline of dropping out before end of 3rd semester. They just finished psych rotation.
And my friend who is in first semester has an Aunt who is in Santa Ana nursing program 2nd year.
They have a great reputation! My friend from church is Cypress alumni and she has been a Nursing Manager for 5 years at St. Jude hospital in Fullerton. Plus she got her Master's at CSU Dominguez Hills. I talked to her recently and she said that they recently hired new grads from Cypress.

The application period was between April 10th to the 18th. Who else applied? I'll be nice to know around when the acceptance letters are being sent out since they won't notify by email.
