does anyone remember this case back in 2000? 17 y.o. girl died from hemorrage...does anyone remember the name of the nurse involved (grad from u of toronto). i'm interested in doing a small seminar on this case and would like as much information as possible. this information is public, so it can be shared. i just can't remember the all the details of the case. pls. pm me with info. thanks,

You should be able to contact the newspaper in the area that was involved or check it out on their site. Or even a local tv station.

You can also try doing a search for the info, it should still be available if the case was made public.
