Has anyone gotten an invitation yet?

Invitation to send documentation is supposedly this Wednesday the 8th, but they keep extending the application window so it may take longer.

I also got invited, but never received an email! My question is: if we're invited, does that mean we're accepted?

Not exactly, I think they use the invite documentation packet to confirm if your initial application is accurate, then they rank everyone you got invited and put the lowest applicants into an alternate list. Delta isn't everyone's first pick so that leaves room for the alternate list to get accepted.

So getting invited means you get a good chance of getting in, just not guaranteed. Correct me if I'm wrong<3

Hi everyone, do I need to submit the official transcript from another college I attended, even if I didn't complete any prerequisites there?

Yes! I read in the criteria we need to submit all transcripts from other colleges where we completed coursework regardless if they weren't prerequisites. I just ordered my transcripts yesterday for two other CC I attended and had them mailed to me.

We don't need to submit transcripts of delta's right, if we just attended this college?

Oh I didn't know that. I thought if we get invited to submit documentation then we just would have to prove that, and basically we get in. I didn't think we would be ranked afterwards.

No only for other schools we attended

However, I have heard in some cases that some applicants who may have had higher points got denied than somebody whom had lower points, which got invited for docs.

10% of the accepted applicants are from the lottery picks.
