Hi everyone! I don't see a thread for Spring 2025 yet, so I figured I'd start it so we can keep eachother informed!

I'm applying with 79 points. I'm so nervous!

Hi all! So if I went to a different college and completed coursework, I have to submit their transcript (even though I didn't do prereqs there), correct?

That's what I did. From the checklist... 

"I have attached and/or requested OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS for ALL non SJDC colleges/universities where coursework was completed." 

It just says "coursework," not "pre-requisite coursework." I agree it's a little unclear, but when in doubt be super literal. 

Edit: it also says... "required for ALL non SJDC colleges/universities you have attended"

I hope that's what they wanted because I've attended 11 colleges (I'm older) and I turned in transcripts for all of them!

Thank you! I have my physical transcripts in now and as I was putting together the packet I started double guessing myself LOL

Of course! We're all in the same boat here. All official transcripts from schools attended, course descriptions (from the year taken) for all prereqs completed at schools that are not SQDC, and the completed checklist. 

One mistake I almost made was that I was putting checkmarks next to the boxes on the checklist sheet, but we needed to initial in those places instead. I'm not sure if that would disqualify but I don't want to take the chance!

I just turned mine in yesterday! Good luck everyone! I ended up handing it in and just added in physical sealed transcripts even from schools that I didn't take any prerequisites. And I had to double check to make sure I had all the course descriptions of my prerequisites it was so much!

Yay! It must be such a relief to be finally done with this part. Now the wait begins. 
Thankfully all my prereqs are from delta so I didn't have to do the course descriptions 🙏🏼

I went through my course descriptions for all my class and some pages don't have the year on them. How can I fix that.

I had the same problem. I wrote to the nursing department a while back before we were invited to submit and didn't get an answer to my question. They want the course descriptions from the catalog that is from the same year the courses were taken. If a school doesn't put the year/date on every page of that catalog, then I don't see how we can do anything about that. I just made sure to print out the entire page as it is in the correct catalog, and then highlight the course. Not sure if it will be an issue. Hope not! 

Edit: I don't remember reading anywhere that the date had to be visible on the page of the course description, just that it needed to be from the correct year/catelog. If it says that somewhere, I'd appreciate it if someone would let me know.
