San Jacinto College (San Jac) - ADN Grading Rubric

I was wondering if anyone got into the ADN program with a rubric score of 19. I did drop 3 classes throughout the last two years due to work and personal life. I know this hurt my score quite a bit. I also scored a 79 on the TEAS. I have two As and 2 Bs for my pre-requisites. I've asked around and always get told different things. For example, no one gets in under 25 points or retake my TEAS. Even to redo the prerequisites that I got Bs in to get all As. But I saw on another discussion say someone got in with a 17. Is it true redoing your prerequisites deducts points? Even if you passed the first time.  Should I apply with what I have?
