San Jacinto College - Fall 2025 application

Published

Just wanted to come on here and see if anyone else is applying to San Jac for Fall 2025 admission. Was just curious of you guy's pre req scores, GPA, and TEAS exam. Just asking because I'm not so sure my scores are high enough to get accepted.

Thanks!

They had an 80.3

so they had one point higher than me... maybe I should have retaken it

Yeah IDK maybe it helped them because they got in the advanced category

Hi!!

Sent my application right after I took the TEAS and my rubric score was 21 with one pre-requisite class (Microbiology) in progress.

all A's for the 3 classes

then 86.7% for the TEAS

4.0 GPA / 3.63 cumulative (not sure which one they look at... but they get the same amount of points.)

They did reach out to me a few days ago regarding my unofficial transcript because I sent the wrong one. It was a little bit confusing.

But I got the email today that my application has been "received.”

soooo... just hoping for the best!

Good luck everyone!!

Did you have to purchase the castle branch profile before submitting your application?

Nope! I believe that comes after getting accepted... if I'm not mistaken!

OMG. You are a beast. Wow.

I took mine online & couldn't leave to pee halfway through the exam lmao. I was DYING.

But congratulations!! That is amazing!!

Thank you so much! I took it in person so it was a little easier for me to focus LOL. I studied using the mometrix book, archer.com, and I watched Nurse Cheung a lot.

Also, I purchased the ATI practice test to help me get familiar with the format and some quizlets helped out a lot.

I really needed a good grade to boost my rubric score, so I'm very happy

Do you guys know if there's an option on the application to choose what campus you want to apply to? Or do you just apply and it automatically goes to both?
