This is my first time using this site. But I’m in the process of applying to the San Jacinto College ADN program. my grades are:
English: B
AP1: A
AP2: B
Micro: B
Science GPA: 3.27
HESI: 91.2
I’ve been to one other college besides San Jac, so I don’t know my exact cumulative GPA, but it’s between 2.9-3.1
my current ruberic is a 21 not counting my GPA.
My real concern is if I should apply ASAP, or will I be ok waiting about a week for my CNA license to become current, and also, what are my chances of getting in? Thanks for any responses!
I have no clue. I’m trying to be optimistic. I do know if you don’t get a priority acceptance letter you may be waitlisted and you’ll get a letter in a couple weeks.

I don’t...I do know that people who get acceptance letters have until the 6th of this month to have accept and have certain things finished...so I know the windows closing. The good news if that waitlisted people would find out after the 6th...
Hello Everyone CONGRATS to the people that were accepted, I would like to know if someone was accepted with this type of grades, GPA and HESI scores, I applied for Fall 2020, also do you recommend to re-take classes if you wanna bump your GPA just in case if I have to re-apply? I’m thinking to maybe re-take english 1301, A&P 1 lec and Micro to get higher grades and bump my GPA. I will really appreciate your help

Your scores were similar to mine And sadly I was Not accepted yet either. GPA was 2.9, science GPA was 3.2. HESI 92.1. Phil, and Psych aren’t required prerequisites so they aren’t weighed as heavily, just cumulative. Better grades should always help. Sometimes applying again or another program helps as well.
