San Jacinto ADN Fall 2014 Applicants

So I'm creating this post for all applicant to the San Jacinto nursing program for fall of 2014! I'm so excited to begin this journey after a lot of thought of whether i should do LVN or ADN and i have finally made my mind up. Good luck to you all! Do you mind sharing where you are in the process. Only been back in Houston for 2 months and have made my check list of what i need to complete before 05/01/14.:)

1. Hesi A2

2.Order Transcripts

3.Drug Screening

4.Background

5. Classes (Biol 2402, Biol 2420, Biol 2401)

6.Flu Shot saving for last

Don't we hav to see a counselor to change our major ?

Not supposed to. The nursing department sent over a list to the counselors. Should be changed today but they close at 12 so who knows. I asked and they said once that's changed we should be able to register.

I tried registering, this time it let me register for all classes but one..which was health assessment. Anyone else having this problem?

I registered for health assessment. I had to email the nursing department.
