San Francisco Bay Area NP New Grad Salary

Hello fellow colleagues,

I am a recently graduated FNP and I am in the process of interviewing and negotiating contracts for NP positions in the Bay Area.

Would folks please chime in on what a reasonable salary offer would be for newly graduated NP in San Francisco?

What ranges would be considered low, average, and high for a newly graduated NP in the Bay Area?

@juan de la cruz Would you care to chime in about starting salaries (I mean the absolute bottom for an NP I) at UCSF, Stanford, Kaiser and Sutter in San Francisco?

Also, how successful are new NP graduates at obtaining their first NP jobs at these institutions?
