San Diego New Grad RN Residency

Hello, I am new grad RN interested in residency program at any hospital. I applied for a few jobs this month and last month but haven't heard a thing all my applications say received.  I am new grad RN with ADN/ASN enrolled in RN to BSN program with 5+ years of LVN experience.  I was wondering how long it takes to hear anything back and if I even have a chance with no BSN. I really want a new grad program because I want the extra training.  Please let me know your experience and any tips.

I continued to apply just recently got call back for interview.
