San Diego, CA New Grad Outpatient

Hello,

I am currently a new grad looking for a position in the outpatient area. I wanted to ask what options there are and if you have had any experience working outpatient.
• where did you start off as a new grad in outpatient?
• did you enjoy it?
• how was the pay? (Currently new grads in hospitals make ~43.00 base pay)

So far I have applied to dialysis, ambulatory surgery, and aesthetics and so far no luck. Thanks for your input! ?
