This thread is meant to connect with other applicants for the upcoming Fall 2019. The submission period runs from January 2nd to February 2nd. I've turned in my application and now the waiting game begins. Hope to hear from you all!

Hi there!! I just applied last week as well! I’m so nervous!! What were your GPA’s going in? Does anyone know how long it takes for them to mail out letters for the HESI? And how is everyone studying for it ☺️

Hi everyone,

I applied for Fall 2019 as well and have not heard anything back about the HESI. Is it harder than the TEAS (I just took it and got and 89.3%)? Does anyone know the usual admission stats?

Science GPA: 3.06-3.50 (depending on which psych grade they use)

Gen. Ed. GPA: 3.6

I have a BA so hopefully that will help my Science GPA.

From what I've heard, the TEAS is more challenging than the HESI. If you scored 89% on the TEAS exam then you're definitely on the right track. For science gpa, I asked the counselor if they'll use the highest Psychology grade and unfortunately, only the grade from PSYCH 1 will be considered. I have an A in PSYCH25 and a B in PSYCH1 so you can understand my frustration. :(

yeah. I applied as well. I already had HESI score also because I took at Mt Sac and apply to there also. Good luck to everyone. please Update if you guys receive anything information from them.

I also applied, still waiting. No invitation yet, n e one heard n e thing? I hope my application was completed correctly.

Hi guys, I spoke to Robin today and she told me they will be sending out the HESI invitations hopefully next week via email. She told me to call the department if I had not received anything by April 12th. I thought it would be by letter, but she confirmed it will be by email.

89....was hoping to hit over 92 bit It seems like the average is mid 80s.
