I can still access MySMU and everything else with the login info that they initially gave me, I just can't change the password unfortunately.

You may want to call IT. I can't access anything. They told me to call them back in a few hours to see if the issue was resolved.

To PM someone, simply click their name and then their profile will open. You will see a small mail icon, click on that and that's your private message. Hope this helps. Keep your spirit up.

Hey! I called IT and they told me to login with the initial password that they gave you in the email and login to mySMU. After that, go onto the “WebMail” widget where it should take you to your SMU email. In the top right corner, your initials should be there where you can change your password and also set up password recovery options (like security questions, phone number, and email.) Hope this helps!
