HI, when I login into the portal and click on the checklist it just says covid 19 updade.

 

Is that happening to anyone else?

Did you create an account with the email you used to apply? That’s the only thing I can think of because I think SMU registers your application + the portal with the email you used to apply to the program.

Yes, I did I used the same email I did for the nursing cas. This is stressing me out.

this happened to me when I tried making an account earlier this year, then all of a sudden I got locked out again. I had to remake an account today
