Samuel Merritt University DNP (CRNA) 2025 Start

Hi guys, it looks like no one has started a forum thread for Samuel Merritt Universities 2025 start date yet so I thought I'd start one.

Specializes in ICU.

Applied as well!

During their latest webinar they said they received over 300 applications and will invite ~60 to interview and then select about 27-28 for seats.

They said that they expect to have interview invites out the week of November 18th btw, just as a heads up for everyone! Good luck to us all.

I don't think anyone will hear anything until next week! They told me last time I asked that they are hoping to send out interview invites the week of Nov 18th.

Oh gotcha, I saw someone's post earlier I thought it meant by the 18th.

Getting nervous waiting. I'm sure there were tons and tons of applicants this time. the UC Davis open house I heard had people flying in from other states to attend and they sent an email if you applied later that they had an overwhelming number of applicants.

Oh, no worries! I hope we all hear good news next week 🙂 It would be nice to hear some good news after so many rejections LOL. 

 

Did you apply to UC Davis too? I did as well. I think they sent that same email to people who applied earlier on too, because I got that same email that said they had an overwhelming number of applicants and I applied in October. But, my email said we'd be notified by Dec 15th and in the later emails I think they said like end of Dec or something. So, I believe they probably have hundreds of applicants to go through.

Yea I applied to Davis as well but I believe SMU is my top choice. I applied to multiple out of state schools as well.

Has anyone heard anything? I'm checking my email every 5 seconds, I honestly think I'm driving myself nuts LOL

Just heard from admissions that they now anticipate interviews to go out in December.
