I did not see a post for the Spring 2012 ELMSN - FNP program in Sacramento, so I thought I would start one for all the hopeful FNPs.
A little about me:
My name is Jennifer and I live in Rancho Cordova. I have two young boys, 3 years old and 9 months, and this is the first year I am applying to the ELMSN FNP program. I have an undergraduate and graduate degree in Health Administration/Education and realized I want more patient interaction. So, here I am hoping I get accepted.
Sorry guys I just read my last reply and it totally didn't even make sense. It was 2am in the morning. What I meant to say was if any of you get a call for interview please update us here! Also, I wonder interview calls have been made already but we just don't know?
No call yet...and no need to translate your post heartfelttouch, I must be able to read 2am posts with no problem as I make the same type of posts - I completely understood!
I received an invitation for an interview in 2 weeks for FNP. I have no additional information at this time, but hope to see and hear from others. Wonder if anyone has been invited to Case Management yet? Also, are there early appointments like the ABSN program?
I received an email invitation to interview too, roofem - I didn't see the email until I got home from work last night, but sure enough if was sitting there for me! Excited but now nervous more than ever - mine's 2 weeks from now as well. I'm not sure about the Case Management program or early appointments though. Good luck everyone!
YAY...I received the email for an interview. I have to say after reading all the posts and not receiving the email I was sad. BUT today the invitation came. SO excited. My interview is on 09/10 from 10-12, which happens to be my 6 year wedding anniversary...can we say good luck???

JeninCA, I'm so glad you got an interview too, I was hoping you would after reading your posts and considering you started this thread (and I would definitely say that the interview landing on your anniversary is a sign of good luck!)
