Hello All,

Just wanted to start a thread for those who are applying to Samuel Merritt's Spring 2016 ELMSN-CM so we can support and keep each other updated on the application & interview process. Is anyone a re-applicant or have any info to share regarding the upcoming interview. If there are any current or former SMU students that see this post, please feel free to share your advice and suggestions.

Hello! I'm surprised there aren't more people on this thread like there have been in previous application cycles. I applied for the FNP track and have yet to hear anything. I know the schedule says interview invitations will be sent out through mid-September but I'm getting a little anxious. Have you heard anything?

I know... the threads from previous years were extremely active. I haven't heard anything either and am also anxious. Hopefully we'll hear something soon since we're heading into the 2nd week of September. Please post an update whenever you hear back and thank you for commenting on this post:waveyí ½í¸Š

Received an email today stating that application is being sent to the nursing department for review.

Sorry for the late response! I got the same email and they said they anticipate that interview invitations will start going out towards the end of the month. I also just realized that you applied to the CM track, while I applied to the FNP track. But the process should be pretty similar.

Hi! I just got a call to schedule an interview about 20 minutes ago. It looks like they are interviewing at the Oakland Campus October 1, 5, 7, 12, and 13th! I will be there on the 12th! I'm coming from Southern California! My heart just about stopped when the 510 area code popped up! Good luck to everyone!

Did they give you any other info on FNP interviews? I haven't heard anything yet.

FNP program - should have specified that before since this is technically the forum for the CM program! No, they haven't sent any additional emails about the interview to me. I am hoping they send a confirmation email and directions to where the interview takes place.
