Just wanted to start a thread for the students applying to this time frame! Deadline's around the corner. ?

Ha, the way you wrote it is the only way I've seen it spelled before so I get it!

I just got an email reply from -------------------.  He said that they are in the last stages of faculty review for the June 2021 cohort. He said that decisions should be going out to applicants by or before the first week of April.

Looks like I will be spending my weekend finishing the app for April 1st due date ? Hope this helps!

Well, shoot! I had really hoped for sooner... Based on his response it sounds as though we could hear as late as the end of next week. Thanks for letting me know!

Thanks so much for the update. Seems like a pattern that they don’t make decisions before the following deadline ?

For those people who are waiting for the result from Samuel Merritt in Summer San Mateo.  Should we reapply in Fall because the deadline is on April 1?

They told us we would find out early to mid-October. Most of us found out a month later (3rd week of November), a week and a half before the next app was due. 

I made myself a little crazy waiting last cycle because of lack of communication on SMU behalf so do your best to be patient and not let your mind make the worst of it. It feels like torture and it’s so hard to wait, but stay hopeful and I would encourage others to get on the next cycle’s application if considering reapplying.
