Anyone has applied to the ABSN program May 2018 at SSU?

I applied! It makes me nervous that they don't want essays or letters or recommendation...I prefer a holistic review process. I called and it seems they have everything they need, though! Good luck to all.

The process is too slow, I applied since October.

I agree, how do you decide without recommendations and an essay.... I feel like

it's a harder process to decide without the the additional material. Hopefully all goes well.

I think they prioritize GPA. Maybe plus science courses.

GPA and grades are the only things considered but if everyone has similar grades, i wonder how they decide who gets the spot without having additional material to factor in.

On the application it gives you an option to submit a document. I submitted my resume that has some experience working in a hospital and a few references. My grades are pretty strong as well but I'm still so nervous. Like everyone was saying, what do they look at if all of our grades are similar?

Does anyone know when we'll find out?

Does anyone else not see their transferred courses on navigator? I hand delivered my official transcripts from my last school a few days ago and I don't see them online.

I completed my application two weeks before today's due date. Completed all prerequisite with a 3.4 GPA. Unfortunately my previous degree GPA from 4 years ago is below a 3, so I'm more then nervous. What's everyone else's credentials and GPA?

I think they mainly look at your pre-reqs and want them above a3.0 so you're in good shape!i finished my pre-reqs with a 4.0 and graduated with a 3.9. Good luck!!!
