Hi, I’m going for an interview at the hospital. Wound care/oncology floor. I’ve been an RN for 2 years but no hospital experience. I’ve worked in rehab settings for the past 2 years. I have no idea what is a fair salary for a hospital. For reference I am in NJ

This is multifactorial; North NJ tends to pay more than South NJ, same thing applies to hospital system. Based on some new grad salaries you can expect around 36-40 an hour as a base salary.
