Salary for excutive director/administrator

I was just offered a position with a corporate agency with multiple branches in Texas. The position is for the executive director/administrator of on of their branches with approximately 100 patients. I have approximately 8 years of experience in home health in general and roughly 3 years in management. I've just never worked for a company on such a large scale and want to make sure I didn't sell myself short. The offer is for 95K with a substantial productivity bonus at end of year.

I can't speak to TX but I can tell you that after a couple of years with metric improvements you will be very marketable. It's a niche market. My first position, I considered it a well paid internship.
