Saipan only takes less than 2 months for eligibility

hi everyone, i just want to share my experience when i was applying for my eligibility. I graduated in the Philippines, March 2011 (BSN) and waited for my eligibility for 1 year but nothing happened... At first, i applied in CBRN but they have given me much problems because they needed this and that... and at the end of it they have rejected me because they have this issue about concurrent thing... i was depressed by then, but i heard about the Saipan so i tried to apply there and got my eligibility yesterday. Thank you God! =) Now, i can really review and i don't need to worry about my eligibility. hope you can consider Saipan as your alternative choice of state or territory.

Hi . Does anyone here knows how long it would take for saipan bon to give the eligibility to the candidate once all requirements have already been sent? I sent mine last March 25 . Until today I havent heard back from them. I called them but only reached their voice message stating that no one is available and I cant leave a message.I also tried to email them but there was never a response. Please kindly provide average turn around times. Thank you in advance!
