Hello everyone, making a thread for Sacramento City College fall 2023 LVN program. Hope to hear from anyone applying! 

Hi Everyone,

How's the first semester of nursing school? I have been trying to look for reviews on the VN program. Can y'all please share your experience so far?

Hello, first semester is almost over! Our final is tomorrow!! We had our clinical sites at Mountain Manor and Sac Post Acute. It varies on availability and Professor. Next semester, we are going to UC Davis.  Be flexible, study, use time wisely, ask questions, listen to your professors, and check off on your skills! 

@kwon Are you excited? How was orientation? You are very lucky to have your professors! We got the tough one and it hasn't been easy, but will be worth it! Your class is extremely lucky!

Are there study guides provided for the tests? Any recommendations on dosage calculations?

Hi 

I applied for the lvn program this upcoming fall. Those who got in for 2023, how is the program and how hard is the program as I've herd some people say its not as bad as they thought. Those who weren't selected 2023, did you reapply? The application process was different this year!
