Sacramento Area Dignity New Grad October 2025

Hi!

I wanted to start a thread for all the dignity health new grad RN programs that we just applied to! Mercy General, Mercy San Juan, Methodist, Folsom, and Woodland!  Good luck everyone!

My apps are all under review except mercy San Juan still says application received

I also received the meet & greet via text. However there isn't any change in the status on job application

I don't think we will see any changes on the actual job application until the hiring managers decide who they are reaching out for actual interviews.  I went to the meet & greet last year and it's basically your elevator speech. & from there if it goes well, you'll get a call for an actual interview.

just wondering for the people who got interview invites did you have any mercy/dignity experience! also good luck I did not get anything haha

I was wondering the same, I'm also not a local so I don't think it would have made a difference.

My MSJ's have said under review for a few days

No, but my capstone was completed at a CommonSpirit facility in another state

Does anyone have details on when the program starts, when we need to have license by?

New to Sacramento California and feeling disheartened over job market for new graduates. Is a Nurse Residency the only way to hire on as new graduate? Is it the same for San Franciso area? Is there any chance of getting into a residency this fall? Thank you for input!!
