Hello,

I'm brand new to this site so forgive me if I'm not using it properly. Does anyone else struggle with these little pieces of hell they like to call "care plans"? I keep finding myself trapped in the same spots, just when I think it has clicked I get my feedback from my instructor which basically leaves me feeling like a completely inadequate moron. Any tips for people who have struggled with this and overcome to beast? I know that this is the right line of work for me but in all honesty I HATE CAREPLANS!

What spots are you feeling trapped in? What specifically are you struggling with r/t care plans? Lots of great threads in this forum r/t care plans and care plan help that you might find helpful.
