S/U careplans

Hello,

I'm brand new to this site so forgive me if I'm not using it properly. Does anyone else struggle with these little pieces of hell they like to call "care plans"? I keep finding myself trapped in the same spots, just when I think it has clicked I get my feedback from my instructor which basically leaves me feeling like a completely inadequate moron. Any tips for people who have struggled with this and overcome to beast? I know that this is the right line of work for me but in all honesty I HATE CAREPLANS!
