Def CCRN score. Mine was 100. Just studied for a couple weeks with goal to pass honestly

Mines not much higher. I think there must be other factors in who they chose to interview but it's a hard code to crack. Hope you're staying optimistic, I wish you the best of luck ?

I also was just trying to pass, so my CCRN score was 92. Somehow got an interview ?

Mine was 99 and got an interview. It's definitely not the only factor. I heard they look at everything as a whole. They like more years of ICU and preferably in one hospital/unit, they also like a well written personal statement and strong LOR. They mentioned these in their open house as well. I hope you get an invite soon. Stay optimistic!

Might be my experience. My personal statement was revised from one I used that got me interviews to 2 other schools so I think it's solid. Might be weak as I talk about support and diversity which Rutgers kinda makes clear they don't really care about.

has anyone not heard from rutgers either way? haven't been invited to interview but also haven't been rejected...

In the same boat, but with interviews happening next month I can assume maybe we did not make the cut.

my Ruckers application still says decision pending. Why wouldn't they just send a rejection email?
