Any Russian nurses out there? Or US Nurses who have worked in Russia?
There are many Russian nurses in the US that are working here and have worked in Russia as well as many other countries.
Have not seen one American nurse posting about working there in the role of the RN.
Can you be more specific as to the information that you are looking for?
I am from Ukraine which is located right by Russia. Two countries are very similar and nursing profession is the same. There is no RN degree in our countries, 2 years degree is required to be a nurse. Nursing profession is underpaid and they make literally nothing. Hospitals are not "high tech" but mostly 18 th century compare to the US at the most parts of the country. Depends what you are looking for, but I would say that our nurse it is like LPN or even less.

So the description you just gave applies to both Russian and Ukrainian nursing?
Yes, it does. As well as the other states that were under the Russia umbrella for years.
Can you more specific as to what you are trying to find out, then it is easier for someone here to answer.
