Hello,

Has anyone applied to the GEM program at Rush starting on fall 15? I did and I just got my interview invitation!!! I'm very excited! I haven't seen a thread for the fall cohort yet so I thought I would start one. I can't wait for February!!

Were you told you were number 15 or did you have to ask? Bc my email doesn't say a number either !

I was told my ranking in the email. Maybe they only give a specific rank for a certain portion of the waitlist? Whether or not you were guaranteed a spot for the spring may also be a factor.

Jenn426, I was waitlisted and not guaranteed a spot for spring.

Elou, I was confused with my e-mail as well since it said they were not ranking the waitlist.

Hi there! Does anyone who has committed to attend for the fall know of a Facebook or chat group for the cohort? I am coming from CA and was hoping to start meeting people and discussing housing. Congrats to all attending and I wish the best to everyone in your nursing endeavors!

Hi everyone! I realize this is a bit unrelated to your application experience, but I am really interested in this program and want to apply for Fall 2016.

Did any of you end up going and if so, how do you like the program?
