Hi, I wanted to start a thread to see how many people have applied for 2023? Does anyone know what the interview process is like? Or when they let us know about interviews? 

Specializes in Transplant ICU, medical/surgical ICU.

Hello graduating class of 2026! A few of us that got invites for the interview wanted to just ask vaguely what the interview process was like. I know they probably want the process to stay vague, but I was wondering if it was an equal mix of both emotional/clinical based questions and/or did they ask very specific difficult clinical questions? Thank you in advance for any help! Just trying to relieve my anxiety just a little LOL

I interviewed this year and felt like it went well but not great. My nerves were to blame for sure.  
 

Im curious to know if any of you felt similar about your interview and still got into the program?
