Running at 500 Blood Flow.......... (Indiana University)

At Indiana University, dialysis consumers who have a mature fistula can run at a blood flow rate of 500. Clearly, an immature fistula cannot take that blood flow rate. In fact, IU had a dialysis consumer who weighed 400 pounds, ran 3 and half hours, and had very good lab scores. I was blown away, I thought, if it worked for him, it will work for me. :) As a general rule, in running at 500, the IU treatment lasts 2.5 hours and you are to run 6 days per week. This is great for fluid control and it is a reasonable treatment for the dialysis consumer. I normally do Nocturnal, 6 hours, 6 days per week, this is enough to eliminate binders in dialysis consumers. Since I have had the flu and bronchitis, which I have had since high school, every winter for the past 30 years, I have been doing 3 hours per day, 5-6 days per week. I really want to go back to Nocturnal, yet, my body is not ready for it. This flu and bronchitis cannot go away fast enough, have had allergies and asthma since high school. If you are curious:
