I would like to get someone's opinion re:Rue or College Network materials when taking the LPN to ADN Program at Excelsior.

I already have applied at Excelsior but I am still wondering if I need to get Rue or College Network review materials. Any advise?? Thanks.

there are lots of posts on this subject but i'll try to narrow it down. i would definetly not sign a contract with any publishing agency...lots of money out the door. u can buy used guides on ebay, etc. the main diff btwn rue and college network is this-college network is a guide that has everything preprinted for u to read on what they think may be on the test. rue is a workbook that has ques that u use the books to find the answers to. either way, u need to get the free content guide from ec, it states what u need to cover for each test, it is very detailed. then u either use your books, search the internet, or buy used guides to supplement your material. do whatever is best for u, what u think will help u be most successful. there are study groups on yahoo as well that will help and motivate u. i like rnstudygroup, but there are many more. good luck on your studying! if u need more info feel free to write here, or email me. congrats on starting your journey.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do you have a price range for Concepts 1 & 2, etc?

Thanks. fely
