RPN To RN (Ontario)

I'm a current student at McMaster in Hamilton, Ontario, taking their Registered Practical Nurse program (2yrs).

I would like to go on to become an RN after i'm done the two-year RPN program, but I looked into it at McMaster and it's an additional three years.

Is there any other programs out there, in the Ontario area preferably, that will allow me to continue my education and become an RN, from an RPN in alot quicker than three more years, on top of the two I already will have?

What you may want to do is look to going to the US to finish...it will be about 2yrs...then you can come back. Or do it online....Alb has a program.

Do you know what that prgram is called? The online one in Alberta?
