RPN to Paramedic

Just curious if any RNs, RPNs/LPNs have made the switch to medics? If so, tell me about your experience! 

I am finding myself limited as an RPN in terms of specialty and this has been leading to job dissatisfaction. Before nursing school, I considered studying to become a paramedic but ultimately chose nursing.
