Roll call for Seattle

Alrighty everyone, who's gonna make it there? Just found out today that I can for sure go, so I'm really excited. Maybe we can all arrange an allnurses beer get together, I think that sounds like a fabulous idea!

AANA national conference

i will be there...running for student rep...yeah!!!

I will be there.

Not for sure yet, but am hoping so. Specialty rotations are starting in the Autumn...

If I get there, though, first round beverage-of-choice is on me. Beer is an often-overlooked essential to the survival of an anesthesia program...

And, Athomas, you go with that running for student rep. She talks the talk AND walks the walk. GOOD LUCK!

PS What in the heck is a flying monkey?

Yup, my entire class.

I am jelous, they dont even metion the excistace of the aana yet. in my program let alone require us to go :scrying: :(

i will guess flying monkeys is a reference to the wizard of oz and the wicked witch. just a guess

i am sorry to hear that - IMHO - it is our educators responsibility to get us involved...i will drink one for ya....heheheheh

LOL, yep, the Wizard of Oz reference is correct. Happy gathering, hopefully I'll be there someday, but right now I'm still finishing my RN! Enjoy Seattle, it's a great town.
