May someone give me some idea about "the role of critical reflection in assisting nurses to base their practice evidence."

i would be greatly appreciate if you could give me some advice or info :)

To me, critical reflection = evaluation. In other words, why is it important for nurses to evaluate the results of the care they provide?

I think you can probably find a LOT to write about that if you sit down and think about it, and also look up info on "evidence based practice" and interject that sort of material as well.

It's a pretty straight forward question. :D
