It's supposed to be fairly new. Not sure if its available outside of Tennessee. Pretty sure it is but our pamphlet only provide TN schools. You can get your AASN-RN and you don't even have to worry about it not being accepted in other states. It's the community college RN program online that way they can admit more students. Just wanted to let you guys know in case you weren't aware.

They may let students from other states in but beware clinicals have to be taken in TN. This is what the RODP site states:

This program follows a ‘hybrid-like’ model with the major component of the didactic course work being presented in an online asynchronous highly interactive environment. Campus labs and clinical experiences require face-to-face interaction and are supervised by faculty from the participating institutions. The students are engaged online a minimum of 360 hours* for the didactic nursing courses and 630 hours on-ground for the clinical component

I noticed that but I live in TN so it's no biggie for me. I really was hoping something like this would come along, started to get pretty freaked about that Excelsior problem

Have you applied to the RODP program or heard if it's as competitive to get in as on campus programs in TN?

I know that it will be very competitive it says it in the brochure. Will it be as competitive as the on campus I really cant say. I am pretty sure it probably is. That's why I am retaking a couple of classes while I have a semester off after I graduate.
