Does anybody know anything about RMH in Harrisonburg, VA? Any feedback is appreciated, how they treat their employees, pay, benefits, good employer to work for, etc...

Ok, I did clinicals ad RMH and although they pay pretty well for RNs, LPNs get paid basically the same as aides for the same responsibility as RNs. I know they push the employees for overtime and to stay another shift all the time. All the nurses i know who work there are always tired from working all of the overtime. I have heard bad things about scheduling. I have also heard that people love to work for RMH. I guess it really just depends on what you like and if you get along with your unit supervisor.
