1. where do you work, (doctors office, hospital, ext) and what city/state is it located in? hospital, muskogee, ok

2. what kind of things do you do as an rn on an every day basis? start iv's, admit patient's, sedate patient's, recovery patient's, clean endoscopes, set up endoscopes, assist the physician with endoscopes, chart, give shots, take vital signs, troubleshoot equipment, stock rooms, order supplies, make pre and post procedure phone calls, and much much more

3. is the job everything you expected coming out of college? explain. yes, college prepared me well. the clinical experience in nursing school was exactly like real life nursing.

4. do you enjoy being a registered nurse? absolutely or i wouldn't do it

5. what, to you, is the best thing about being a registered nurse? competency

6. do you get any benifits? if so, what are they? 5 weeks vacation annually, 10 paid holiday's annually, double time if i choose to work a holiday, federal retirement benefits, satisfying patient's by providing excellent and compassionate care

7. what is your vacation, holliday, and sick day pollicy? sick call ins that have a trend will be counseled. i don't work holidays. only one nurse off at a time for vacation.

8. what are your hours? did you choose that? 0800-1630, yes, i applied for this job

9. what is your sallary? $46k + annually

10. do you feel you are being paid adiqately for your work? yes

11. anything you would like to add? if you choose to be a nurse only for the money you and your patient's will suffer
