hi there,am an african nurse who wants to work in canada?what should i do?whats the procedure?

You need to contact the college of nurses(our licensing bodies are called colleges) in the province that you want to work in. They will evaluate your education and experience and decide if you qualify to write the CRNE, which is the national exam for RNs. Most of the provinces require a BSN for licensure but in some cases they will accept less if you graduated before a certain date. Of course you will need to obtain the correct visaallowing you work here legally as well.
