Just exploring options at this time..... Hope this question makes sense.
Has anyone heard of someone that has become an RN and has an active license go back to school to become licensed/certified in another allied health career (phlebotomy, sonography, respiratory therapy, ect.....) and have issues getting hired at a facility in that role when they have an active RN license?
Would this be allowed? I know it probably depends on facility, but just looking to see if this is a thing.

Why can't you get an RN position? It pays more. Way more.
