RN salary at RWJUH Somerset and New Brunswick

Is the RN salary for RWJUH in New Brunswick and Somerset same? For example if RN is working in ICU New Brunswick and ICU Somerset would the salary be around the same or there would be a huge difference?

I currently work at RWJ New Brunswick and there is a huge difference in the salary... New Brunswick will pay alot more... I guess different union negotiations...
