Hello!I was wondering if anyone that was already in the RN Residency program had any feedback from thier expierence? I just took a position there and am still awaiting my final steps in pre-boarding and have yet to be given an idea of how many days I will work,, 3 12's or 2 12's and 2 8's ect.. I know this is a mix of simulation class education days and preceoptor work shifts.. Also how you felt bout this facility and program itself?Thanks!
