RN new to South Florida

Hi ... I'm new to the forum and to South Florida.... Boca Raton. I'm a private duty nurse who works for VIP clients. How do I establish myself here in SF without going through an agency? Next question, is there any place where I can receive training as a dialysis nurse here in SF? All job postings are looking for experienced nurses. Thx!

think Fresenius is the only dialysis company that trains. Da Vita requires experience. I have no idea how to establish yourself as a VIP private duty RN-only know how to get hospital jobs, lol..
