Anyone find anymore New Graduate RN Programs starting 2013, where deadlines have not yet passed?
Any experienced RN's have advice about going through a New Grad Residency, or going straight into an RN position?
Suggestions, advice, tips are welcome...

Most of the new grad residencies have closed applications for the residencies starting in spring 2013. The next cycle of residencies should start advertising in the spring to start later in 2013.
All you can do is keep checking the hospital websites daily...and when you see a residency opening posted, apply immediately. Most residencies are only advertised for a week or so, and even then they are often taken down early...so if you leave the site without applying, the listing really may not be there the next time you visit the site.
Thank you for your reply. I've noted RN Residency openings from Indeed.com email notifications, which help as far as being aware of the ones out there. I will definitely be proactive about checking hospitals periodically as well. Thank you.
Checking straight at the hospital website each day is a good habit to get into. While they are helpful, sometimes indeed.com, monster.com, careerbuilder.com, and other job sites aren't always the fastest when it comes to updating their listings...in fact, sometimes residencies don't even make their lists.
