I applied to this Residency and it ended December 14th.. Have you been able to find anymore Residencies? Being so close to the holidays, if you are lucky, you'll probably find one ending by the 21st..... After that, it'll probably before the next cohort..After the March...

I am in the same position. I had an interview this Tuesday, but it has only been 3 days. They let me know that they will be notifying me next week, so it is a waiting game. It's nerve wrecking definitely. I have done the same as you, sent a Thank you letter with very high hopes. My suggestion is to just wait. They maybe still interviewing, and finalizing things so one day passed the date they told you they would reach you, is okay. Keep applying to other places, and keep hoping for the best. I'm praying that after this last interview , this hospital is the one for me..... If not, I know that possibly there is a better one out there for me. Just staying optimistic. -Blessings

Thank you for your reply. I've noted RN Residency openings from Indeed.com email notifications, which help as far as being aware of the ones out there. I will definitely be proactive about checking hospitals periodically as well. Thank you.

Anyone find anymore New Graduate RN Programs starting 2013, where deadlines have not yet passed? Any experienced RN's have advice about going through a New Grad Residency, or going straight into an RN position? Suggestions, advice, tips are welcome...
